Black Wedding Dresses 
Yay or Nay?



A traditional style in a not-so-traditional color Ease your way into the black dress trend with a black lace overlay. This would be beautiful for a fall or winter ceremony.
 Oscar gown, or modern wedding dress? Perhaps it could work for both? This silhouette and dramatic color certainly makes a statement but it would take the right woman to pull it off. Here's another way to wear black to your wedding without fully taking the plunge. We're not loving the shape on this one, and we're realizing it's more difficult to see details on a dark fabric.
This long ruffled dress may work better on the red carpet.

I think the designs are absolutely beautiful but black is such a dreary color for such a great day.
